Industry: Beauty & E-commerce
Business Type: Australian Beauty Brand
Role: E-commerce Website, Creative Strategy & Meta Ads
Led by: Rezaul Tasin, Founder of Tizital
Project Duration: March 2025 – September 2025
Overview
Sheallures is an Australian beauty e-commerce brand built around a Shopify-based online store.
Unlike projects where an established business already has a website, customer base and advertising history, Sheallures was a new e-commerce project built from the ground up.
From March to September 2025, Rezaul Tasin, Founder of Tizital, worked across the brand’s digital growth journey—from creating its Shopify e-commerce website and developing advertising creatives to launching and scaling customer acquisition through Meta Ads.
During the project period, more than $68K in Meta advertising spend was managed, while the business achieved approximately 5.9x overall growth.
The Challenge
The biggest challenge was simple: there was no established e-commerce growth engine to inherit.
As a new Shopify-based project, Sheallures first needed the infrastructure required to sell effectively online. The website needed to present the products professionally, create a smooth shopping experience and provide a conversion-ready destination for paid traffic.
But launching the store was only the beginning.
A beauty brand also depends heavily on visual communication. Customers need to quickly understand the product, its appeal and why it deserves their attention in an extremely competitive market.
That meant website, creative and advertising couldn’t be treated as separate projects. They needed to work together as one customer acquisition system.
Building the E-commerce Foundation
The first stage focused on creating the Shopify e-commerce experience.
The website was developed to provide Sheallures with a professional digital storefront and establish the foundation required for paid customer acquisition.
The focus wasn’t simply on making the website visually attractive. It needed to support the complete customer journey—from discovering a product through an advertisement to exploring it on the website and ultimately making a purchase.
This conversion-focused foundation became the destination for the performance marketing campaigns that followed.
Developing Performance-Focused Creatives
Once the e-commerce foundation was established, the next step was developing advertising creatives capable of attracting potential customers.
For a beauty brand, creative is a major component of paid social performance.
Different creative concepts and messaging approaches were developed around the products and their appeal to potential customers.
Rather than viewing creative production as a purely design-led exercise, creatives were developed with advertising performance and customer acquisition in mind.
Campaign data could then provide feedback on which approaches resonated more strongly, allowing creative and advertising strategy to evolve together.
Scaling Through Meta Ads
With the Shopify store and creative foundation in place, Meta Ads became the primary paid acquisition channel.
Campaigns were launched, tested and continuously optimised based on performance.
Audiences, creatives and campaign approaches were refined as more data became available, while stronger-performing opportunities could be scaled with greater advertising investment.
Over the project period, more than $68K in Meta advertising spend was managed as Sheallures progressed from a new e-commerce project toward a growing online business.
The Results
5.9x
Overall Business Growth
Sheallures achieved approximately 5.9x overall business growth during the project period.
$68K+
Meta Ad Spend Managed
More than $68,000 in Meta advertising investment was managed while scaling customer acquisition.
From Zero
E-commerce Growth System Built
The project started as a new Shopify e-commerce business, with the website, advertising creatives and paid acquisition system developed as part of the growth journey.
Website + Creative + Paid Acquisition
One of the strongest aspects of the Sheallures project was that growth wasn’t approached through advertising alone.
The customer journey was considered as a connected system:
Shopify Store → Advertising Creative → Meta Ads → Customer Acquisition → Performance Data → Optimisation & Scaling
The website provided the conversion foundation. Creative helped capture attention and communicate the products. Meta Ads brought those products in front of potential customers.
Performance data then helped refine both the advertising and creative strategy.
This integrated approach allowed the business to move from launching a new e-commerce operation to scaling paid acquisition with more than $68K in Meta advertising investment.
From a New Shopify Store to 5.9x Business Growth
The Sheallures project demonstrates how a new e-commerce brand can be built with growth in mind from the beginning.
Instead of creating a website first and thinking about marketing later, the project connected e-commerce development, performance-focused creative and paid customer acquisition as parts of the same growth system.
Over the seven-month project period, Sheallures achieved approximately 5.9x overall business growth.
The experience reflects the approach Rezaul Tasin now brings to Tizital: connecting the website, creative and performance marketing rather than treating each as an isolated service.
