Industry: Food & E-commerce
Role: Performance Marketer
Led by: Rezaul Tasin, Founder of Tizital
Project Duration: July 2022 – December 2023
Overview
Raaw Food is a food brand operating in Bangladesh’s growing online food and e-commerce market.
From July 2022 to December 2023, Rezaul Tasin, Founder of Tizital, worked with Raaw Food as a Performance Marketer, focusing on customer acquisition, Meta advertising and performance-driven growth.
During the project period, more than $53,000 was managed in Meta advertising, the business acquired 100,000+ customers, and achieved approximately 3.2x overall business growth.
The Challenge
Scaling an e-commerce food business through paid advertising requires more than simply increasing the advertising budget.
As the business grew, the challenge was to continuously acquire new customers at scale while maintaining campaign performance.
The advertising strategy needed to reach larger audiences, identify effective customer segments, test different campaign approaches and continuously optimise performance based on actual customer acquisition data.
The objective was therefore straightforward: turn Meta Ads into a scalable customer acquisition channel that could support the wider growth of the business.
The Approach
The performance marketing strategy focused on continuous campaign testing, optimisation and scaling.
Instead of relying on a single campaign structure or audience, campaigns were monitored and adjusted according to performance data. Advertising investment could then be directed toward audiences, products, creatives and campaign approaches demonstrating stronger customer acquisition potential.
As campaign data accumulated, the strategy evolved alongside the business—allowing successful approaches to be scaled while underperforming areas could be refined or replaced.
This created a more systematic approach to performance marketing rather than treating advertising as a collection of isolated campaigns.
Scaling Meta Advertising
Over approximately 17 months, more than $53K in Meta advertising spend was managed across the growth journey.
The focus wasn’t simply on spending more.
The goal was to use that investment to consistently reach potential customers, generate demand and convert advertising activity into measurable customer acquisition.
Continuous testing and optimisation helped Meta Ads become an important growth channel for the business during the project period.
The Results
$53K+
Meta Ad Spend Managed
More than $53,000 in Meta advertising investment was managed throughout the project period.
100K+

3.2x
Overall Business Growth
Raaw Food achieved approximately 3.2x overall business growth during the period.
From Advertising to Business Growth
The key result wasn’t simply generating more advertising impressions, clicks or engagement.
The objective was to connect advertising performance with actual customer acquisition and business growth.
By continuously testing campaigns, analysing performance and scaling what worked, paid social became a growth channel capable of supporting Raaw Food as its customer base expanded.
By the end of the project period, the business had reached 100,000+ customers and approximately 3.2x overall business growth.
100K+ Customers Through Performance-Led Growth
The Raaw Food project demonstrates how disciplined performance marketing can help an e-commerce business move beyond simply running ads and build a scalable customer acquisition channel.
It also reflects the performance marketing experience that Rezaul Tasin brings to Tizital today—connecting advertising investment with measurable customer and business growth.
